- Approximate Drive Time: 35-40 minutes

- Head south on State Hwy 388 from the airport.

- Merge onto FL-30A/Front Beach Road and continue for approximately 10 miles.
- Turn left onto Thomas Drive, and drive approximately 1.5 miles.

Non-Smoking & Non-Vaping: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. No open flames, including candles, are allowed inside the condo. A $250 fee will be charged if smoking, vaping, or open flames are detected.
No Pets: While we love animals, this is an animal-free listing due to allergen concerns. If a pet is discovered, a $250 charge per animal, plus any damage fees, will apply, and the pet(s) must be removed immediately.
Booking Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Owners reserve the right to refuse service or terminate tenancy if necessary.
Guest Limit: A maximum of eight (8) registered guests are allowed on the property and to stay overnight. No gatherings, parties, events, or outside visitors are permitted.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from Sunday–Thursday, 10 PM–7 AM, and Friday–Saturday, 11 PM–7 AM. No loud music is allowed indoors.
Makeup Removal: Gray makeup remover cloths and wipes are provided. Please do not use regular linens for makeup removal.
Cleanliness and Concerns: We prioritize cleanliness and use the latest disinfecting practices before each guest's arrival. If you encounter any issues, please contact the owners within the first 24 hours of your stay so they can be addressed promptly.
